1. Scope, customer information

The following General BUSINESS sales conditions (GTC) govern the contractual agreement between curli AG and consumers who buy goods via our shop. The contract language is German.

2. Conclusion

The offers on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to you to buy the goods. After entering your information and clicking the order button, you enter a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. 1. Scope, customer information

The following General BUSINESS sales conditions govern the Vertragsverh GIRL ratio between curli AG and entrepreneurs who OVER buy goods in our shop. • Plus chargeback fee / restocking fee: EUR 2.20 / US$ 2.60 per returned item
• The shipping costs for the return are at your expense
• For partial returns from discounted packages, the entire discount for the package will be annullated & there will be an additional charge for the differential amount

6. Retention of title

The purchased items remain our property until payment has been made for them in full.
